Hi, I’m Lindsey Barnett.
I’m so glad you found my page and am excited to work with you on your journey to health and wellness. I’m a Certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner, Personal Trainer and 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor who is passionate about educating women on what’s going on in your body and making recommendations through nutrition, lifestyle habits and supplementation. I also help women to feel strong and capable in their bodies through mindful movement adding another layer of support in your journey to wellness.
After years of battling chronic syndromes like IBS, PCOS and Hypothyroidism, I understand how frustrating the journey can be, but my passion is for you to understand what’s going on inside your body to be able to make the right choices to support your body through whatever you are experiencing.
I also have two children who keep me busy so I understand how to meet my clients where they are and take a balanced approach in my recommendations so you still have a good relationship with food and movement.
