Education using proven scientific physiology dispels all of the mis-information found on social media and focuses on what specifically works for your body.

I know dealing with chronic conditions can take a toll on your mind, body and spirit which is why I take each recommendation with a mindful approach.

1:1 Personal Training

This is NOT bootcamp. This is mindful, joyful movement meant to support your body in whatever condition you are battling to give you more energy and feel stronger, NOT break your body down.

Movement should be joyful, not dreaded. It has also been shown to improve mitochondria function increasing energy, metabolism and overall mental wellbeing. I work with empathy to meet my clients where they are to build a routine that is enjoyable, not something to check off a list or do grudgingly.

Each session can be done in person or virtually through any online modem such as Google Meet, Zoom or FaceTime so you get real time advice on movement form, leaving you with no worries about doing it wrong and hurting your body.

Mindful movement to increase strength, change mindset, decrease stress, decrease anxiety, decrease cortisol and enjoy your life.

1:1 Yoga

Just by using breathe and gentle movement it has been proven to:

  • lessen anxiety

  • support the gut-brain axis that lends to gut and mental health conditions

  • release trauma

  • release tension and lower inflammation

  • create a mindful approach to how we see ourselves

Learning to breath while incorporating gentle movement has been found to have a profound effect on gut health extending support for the whole body, while also reducing stress and anxiety.

Yoga teaches you to breath and create mindful movement to decrease stress, anxiety, cortisol, sugar cravings, gut issues.
